If Singh takes a plea deal, he’ll be a part of the ranks of different members of Sam Bankman-Fried’s interior circle, together with former Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang, FTX co-founder and former chief expertise officer, who’re cooperating with prosecutors of their case towards the previous FTX CEO. Bankman-Fried has pleaded not responsible to eight felony costs, and is ready to go on trial within the fall.
